Job Summary: The Director of Construction will oversee all construction projects in Bend, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and present project updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
