Job Title: Dining Services Manager
Job Summary: As a Dining Services Manager, you will oversee a team of food service professionals, ensuring exceptional service in the main dining room and during special functions. You will also foster interdepartmental relations and integrate the dining experience with overall operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dining operations and staff performance.
- Coordinate special events and catering services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff.
- Maintain positive relationships with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in food service management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
