- Uphold impeccable cleanliness, organization, and ambiance standards in the dining room.
- Monitor and manage inventory for front-of-house supplies, including linens, glassware, and service tools.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Stay informed about menu changes, wine pairings, and special offerings to effectively guide staff and guests.
- Contribute to strategic planning for service enhancements, staff development, and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in fine dining or a high-end restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette in a fine-dining context.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
