Job Description:
As a Dining Room Hostess at Chick-fil-A, you will be at the forefront of our guests' dining experience. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors. This position offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on our guests' day, providing a level of service that distinguishes Chick-fil-A from the rest.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Warmly greet all guests and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Assist with seating, answer questions, and ensure guests have everything they need.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and condiment stations. Ensure all areas are spotless and well-stocked at all times.
- Guest Assistance: Be attentive to the needs of our guests, offering assistance promptly and courteously. Handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Restocking Supplies: Regularly monitor and replenish supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing Personality: You are naturally friendly and enjoy engaging with people.
- People Person: You have a knack for making people feel comfortable and appreciated.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.

- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
