Position Overview:
A premium, intelligent window fashions company is looking for a highly motivated problem-solver to create and maintain website content while supporting the business objectives. They will collaborate with the director of optimization, internal team, business stakeholders and external partners. Site maintenance is conducted on the AEM platform. Adherence to site brand standards while evolving the digital experience.
What you'll do
- Accountable for the maintenance of digital content, functionality and development support for hunterdouglas.com. Work with a team to utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to implement UX and content updates.
- Be the first lieutenant for the Director of Site Optimization and Strategy to deliver on all key business metrics by managing website-related projects and initiatives.
- Deliver website performance reports and insights, informing ongoing work processes and strategy and to facilitate discussion of strategic initiatives.
- Identify site optimization opportunities for business KPIs by evaluating metrics and insights.
- Size, scope and recommend content/UX testing opportunities, which should include a business case, an execution plan and stakeholder buy-in.
- Create and execute tests and campaigns using Adobe, VWO, Userlytics or another website testing solution, enlisting development resources for more complicated functional test treatments.
- Support IT-related undertakings by capturing clear business requirements, provision of functional deliverables, milestone planning and project post-mortem reports.
- Ensure best practices across website efforts by developing and maintaining plans and managing allocated resources.
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in consumer-facing web operations/marketing roles, a premium/luxury brand a plus.
- BS or BFA in Art/Design or other related design discipline preferred
- Recent familiarity and experience managing a CMS (AEM desired).
- Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch required
- Adobe Creative Cloud Experience required
- Relevant experience working with web analytics, personalization and testing tools. Experience with at least one web analytics tool (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) and one testing tool (Target, VWO or similar) required.
