Digital Technical Project Manager at CGT Staffing

Job Summary:
The Digital Technical Project Manager (DT PM) will lead the implementation of new Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for a major engineering and energy organization. This role involves managing a third-party vendor, collaborating with internal corporate teams, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and budget. The DT PM will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes through meticulous project management and adherence to organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring successful delivery to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional owners to define requirements, identify gaps, and oversee solution implementation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution and on-budget delivery.
• Manage third-party vendors, including participation in RFP processes as applicable.
• Facilitate meetings, capture notes, track deliverables, and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Document project progress and complete procedural documentation per company standards.
• Oversee integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
• Participate in creating training materials and coordinating hypercare post-implementation.
