Digital Sales Assistant - MediaNewsGroup

Summary:

Northern California Community Newspapers, a subsidiary of MediaNews Group, is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and customer service support to our digital advertising team.

What you will do:

• Interacts with advertising sales reps to coordinate digital advertising campaigns

• Uploads and transmits creative material for advertising into system

• Create live digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms including Google Ad Manager

• Interacts with advertising sales reps regarding digital ad placement and campaign performance reporting

• Interacts with advertising clients for general customer service requests

What you will bring:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including clear and pleasant phone manner

• Ability to problem solve and work in a deadline driven environment

• Enjoys working with other employees

• Working knowledge of social media

• Basic computer skills while possessing a high degree of accuracy relating to data entry

• High School diploma/some college preferred

• Previous customer service experience or related administrative work experience preferred

The hourly wage is $16.50. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, and 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
