POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Digital Sales Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role by engaging with prospective clients through multichannel digital communications that generate enthusiasm to meet with our industry-leading financial planners. As part of a team of Inside Sales Associates handling leads generated by our marketing department and partners, you'll provide a best-in-class experience that builds value in Wealth Management services.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, the ideal candidate for this role has excellent writing and communication skills with a proven ability to leverage digital engagement to drive lead conversion. We are seeking someone who compliments the team's existing talents and can use their strong organizational skills to consistently deliver timely & professional communications to prospective clients with the goal of helping them connect with our Financial Planners. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage prospects through digital communication channels including Email, SMS, & Webchat to identify the prospect's needs and recommend the appropriate services while accurately recording crucial prospect information for planners.
- Utilize excellent verbal & written communication skills to address prospect inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, & collaborate with other departments to meet the prospect's needs.
- Apply knowledge of Financial Planning capabilities to promote products & services (retirement planning, investments, estate planning, and tax planning) to convey how EFE financial planners could address the prospect's needs
- Support marketing strategies to attract, convert, and retain new clients; provide insights/feedback to internal business partners on prospects' wants, needs, & areas of concern
- Consistently deliver timely responses to prospect communications leveraging exemplary writing skills and strong organizational skills to manage digital engagement channels.
- Track & analyze digital communication performance & trends to inform business decisions on digital outreach strategies and optimize conversion opportunities. Provide recommendations for digital engagement process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years in a digital sales environment; experience in financial services is a plus
- Proven ability to execute digital sales strategies aligned with business goals
- History of achieving/exceeding lead conversion targets through Email, SMS, & Webchat communication
- Strong verbal & written communication skills with an emphasis on B2C sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 360 Suite & CRM system (Salesforce)
- Exceptional organization & time management skills
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
