Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Digital Project Manager. - Boca Raton, FL
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple technology and eLearning projects from inception to completion. This position reports to and works closely with the Associate Executive Director of Online Learning, who values critical thinking, strong work ethic, compassion, and a healthy work-life balance.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and expected to continually learn new technologies in service to the department. This person will work as part of a team of instructional designers, software developers, interactive media developers and more. Flexible work ethic, creativity, and ability to work in groups and independently is vital. The successful candidate will be working on a large number of internal and external projects that require consistent communication, accountability, and the ability to excel in a diverse and fluid work environment. Attention to detail, critical thinking, follow-through, and open communication with your supervisor are the keys to success in this position.
This is not a remote position. It is based on the FAU Boca Raton campus with occasional travel to the partner campuses as needed.
Summary of Responsibilities include:
+ Support the Associate Executive Director of Online Learning with the Center for Online and Continuing Education (COCE) initiatives.
+ Administer detailed project planning for multiple concurrent projects; ensure execution as planned, and adjust projects as needed, including managing risks, stakeholders, and dependencies.
+ Oversee numerous projects in various project management software, such as, Wrike, Microsoft Project, Monday, etc.
+ Design, develop, analyze, and interpret reports with graphs, charts, and predictions (i.e., Gantt Charts to track and manage project workloads).
+ Manage all project documentation, including meeting decks, Wrike assignments, Confluence spaces, Microsoft Teams, and all other communication.
+ Conduct regular project meetings, including stand-ups with project team members.
+ Create project reports, graphics, charts, have knowledgeable discussions regarding projects.
+ Adapt and work in ambiguous, challenging, and new/ unknown areas of online learning and related fields while shaping “something” into an extraordinary result without step-by-step instructions, such as being given a small bit of information and transforming it into a fully realized result.
+ Exhibit flexibility, kindness, and a continual willingness to learn.
+ Respond to all team communication in a timely manner.
+ Organize and oversee projects to final stages of completion and take responsibility for project health.
+ Other job related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Management, Project Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science and two years of appropriate experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Preferred Experience:
Wrike or other project management software.
Power BI.
PMP Certification.
Strong Excel skills.
Salary:
$70,000 per year.
