About the Job
Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Project Manager I for their Hartford, CT location.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the day-to-day activities of a business-sponsored project or some of its components to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Responsible for the success of the project or project component.
- Responsible for leading, planning and managing a project team with limited, local scope or sub-components of a larger project to accomplish project objectives
- Manages all key project governance documents, such as the Project Charter, Workplan, Communications Plan, and Risk Mitigation Strategy
- Acts as the liaison between project team members, Project Manager, Program Manager and/or the Portfolio Manager to ensure that expectations and objectives are clearly understood by all parties, and to communicate project information including the status of deliverables, scope changes, and issues
- Support D2C microsite, B2B digital footprint buildout, and related sales transformation efforts by helping to build a prioritized road map.
- Manage the digital change/upgrade process flow, working with account managers and others to refine and speed digital change intake and delivery for customers.
- Build divisional business requirements to integrate with enterprise requirements in key enterprise digital initiatives.
- Work with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, aligning project work and executing activities accordingly.
- Present and serve as a digital consultant to internal customers, leveraging digital systems and interconnectivities knowledge (ex. key client digital progress reports).
- Influence change or enhancements to digital processes, business policies, and system infrastructure to improve digital footprint quality, experience, and accessibility.
- Negotiate resources in peer organizations to meet high priority digital objectives.
- Manage the analysis, planning, design, and development being performed to support accurate maintenance of support systems for business areas.
- Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks.
- Manage and actively participate in digital UAT to isolate and solve problems before launching initiatives into production environments.
- Support digital analytics reporting (ex. Website performance, pathing, etc.) and recommendations for iterative improvement.
- This strategic project management role affords ample opportunities to work with our sales leaders, account teams, and microsite operations personnel to drive our sales operations improvements forward in preparation for our busy season.
