Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager with experience as a liaison between Product Owners and the Delivery Organization to prioritize Customer Experience needs and ensure timely delivery. This role requires solid experience in Digital Customer Experience Solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris Commerce, & LucidWorks Fusion (or similar technologies). This is a techno/functional role, requiring the ability to coordinate conversations with Product Owners, Architects, and Functional Analysts to propose solutions to business challenges and manage activities from Idea to Solution Definition, ultimately handing off to the Scrum Team for Delivery. The successful candidate will be adept at managing timelines, running effective meetings, and communicating with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio/Backlog Management: In collaboration with Product Owners, ensure the needs and priorities of the business are well understood, and the work of discovery, analysis, solution, and tech design is progressing in a timely manner to meet Sprint schedules.
Discovery / Solution Definition: Partner with Architects and functional analysts to facilitate recommendations for business needs, define solutions, ROMs, and drive decisions.
Techno/Functional Leadership: Demonstrate knowledge of Digital Customer Experience and the ability to understand/facilitate technology solutions related to the technology landscape, including SAP, Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris, Eloqua, and MuleSoft as core foundations.
Agile Practitioner: Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile practices to drive the front-end processes of Discovery, Solution Design, and Story Definition, keeping the Backlog groomed in partnership with the Product Owner. Strong expertise with JIRA.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure scope/priority alignment and address escalations.
Digital Focus: Manage requirements to enhance capabilities and other digital marketing initiatives.
Proactive Blocker Management: Identify, anticipate, and resolve blockers to maintain backlog health and momentum. Facilitate discussions to address challenges, manage conflicts, and prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 7-10 years in project management and functional/technical leadership with a focus on digital sales and marketing projects.
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing backlogs.
EQ: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, requiring high emotional intelligence, people leadership skills, and effective conflict management.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage timelines, run effective meetings, and produce executive-level summaries.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for engaging with VP-level stakeholders.
