Position Overview:
The Digital Product Manager, Tools is responsible for implementing best-in-class tools and
platform initiatives to drive growth and productivity for Face Reality's B2C and B2B channels.
This position will work with the Director of Digital Product and cross-functional partners to
develop and execute critical road map objectives to support business priorities. The role
requires a flexible problem solver with technical skills and experience building products
customers love. This is a hybrid position where you will work on-site in Danville Tuesdays-
Thursdays and remotely Mondays and Fridays. This position reports to: Director of Digital Product.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and deliver on the digital roadmap by working with cross-functional teams
to understand and articulate requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver strategic
initiatives across our B2C and B2B channels - Serve as the digital lead and key partner for Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales,
and Success teams - Define scope for features, enhancements, and large-scale initiatives to ensure the
seamless delivery of features and functionality across different tools and applications - Work closely with the creative design team to provide input and direction on UX design
concepts to ensure we deliver easy to use experiences that are on brand - Research and make recommendations on off the shelf tools or custom-built applications
that support business strategy in a way that is scalable for our growing business - Monitor advancements in loyalty and e-learning space, as well as competitive
landscape, for opportunities and new ideas to improve our customer's digital
experience and revenue generation (Shopify apps, new platform releases etc) - Track product KPIs and make recommendations based on user behavior for how we can
further evolve the experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of direct digital product management experience preferably in the B2B and B2C
space, 2+ years building high-quality consumer-facing products people love - Experience managing building and managing tools and applications, ideally in B2B space
- Cross-functional team player with a track record of building positive relationships, and
influencing without authority - Experience working with external agencies and development partners to customize and
or build end user experiences - A strong sense for product prioritization and sequencing driven by instincts, input from
key partners, and informed by data - Proven record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results for key initiatives
- Expert communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts with brevity to a variety of stakeholders at the executive level
- A passion for learning about loyalty, e-learning, and e-commerce advancements, trend and innovative technologies
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills including experience with planning and learning from experiments
- Business acumen: you're able to understand key drivers of our business and how our products can best deliver business value

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 plus bonus and full benefits
