About the Job
- Digital Producer will create thoughtfully crafted social responses for our customers
- Write clear, error-free content that reflects the company's voice
- Onboard with the media team, Sprinklr, brand and copy teams to understand how your role and the community manager work fits into larger Sincerely strategy
- Own -Happy Path- process in partnership with CSC to understand how to elevate -winnable- brand moments where the banner is mentioned to deliver a best-in-class social interaction
- Utilize Sprinklr's engagement dashboard to proactively respond to comments that use the #Sincerelyfood, #Sincerelybanner or are looking for help around food-focused engagement principles: what's for dinner, what to shop for seasonally, and other food moments in the socialsphere
- Be the eyes and ears for the brand, escalate what you are seeing the community talk about and share with brand and marketing leadership
Requirements:
- BS in Marketing or Communications
- Worked as a social media or community manager, minimum 3 years of experience
- Expert knowledge on social channels and difference between them and a pulse on the latest food trends
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to pivot to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Experience writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr (or other social listening tools: Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.) Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- A positive attitude
- An eye for detail and a desire for perfection
- Great organizational skills
- Solid time-management skills
- Effective communication skills
- A passion for brand storytelling and social media and the willingness to learn from other marketing professionals
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
