Digital Media Specialist - Missouri Attorney General

The Office of the Missouri Attorney General has an opening in its Consumer Protection Division for a Consumer Advocate. Responsibilities include investigating and mediating complaints involving consumer fraud and identifying targets for formal legal action. Applicants must be able to maintain confidentiality; plan, prioritize, and organize effectively; handle multiple projects while managing a large caseload; work well under pressure; analyze and interpret voluminous information quickly and accurately; meet with the public; and exercise independent judgment. Applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to conduct internet-based research, and be able to use computer programs such as Word, Access, and Excel.
