Digital Mastering Specialist - Andrew Wommack Ministries

The Digital Mastering Specialist is responsible for performing full technical evaluations of Daily Show projects and creating digit...Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of scripting language(s) and automation software

Focus on analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good functional testing skills and expertise in the creation of test scripts

Experience with media management systems and post-production process

Able to demonstrate an understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, and formats used in SD and HD environments

Experienced with digital delivery systems such as FTP servers, Dropbox, and Google Drive

 Experience with WeTransfer and Aspera Server

Experienced with transcoding, encoding, and editing software, especially with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, Encore, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently with tight deadlines; able to identify, prioritize, and solve complex technology problems

Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and planning skills

Able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Must be flexible and responsible to assist the Supervisor and/or IT with technical and critical systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Must sign the Statement of Faith

Knowledge of the Gospel Truth Daily TV program preferred

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required

Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred

Must pass all required checks

Experience:

1+ Years of Television broadcast experience in the digital post-production arena preferred

Broadcast traffic operations and/or computer science, information technology experience desirable

Experience in computer programming and software automation desired

Compensation is commensurate with experience
