Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovative and award-winning campaigns that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll stay ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest digital innovations and integrating them into our strategies. Passionate about social media and search marketing, you'll craft comprehensive strategies that harness the synergy of various channels for integrated campaigns. With a keen eye for both data and customer-centricity, you'll measure and prove the effectiveness of our efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media, search, and display strategies aligned with client objectives.
Design and manage campaigns across awareness, prospecting, remarketing, and lead generation.
Optimize campaigns to achieve strong ROI, managing budgets effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt marketing campaigns for social channels.
Mentor and lead Media specialists to ensure client goals are met.
Collaborate with creative partners to achieve outstanding results.
Deliver insightful POVs, audits, and competitive analyses.
Conduct audience targeting, benchmark reporting, and provide recommendations.
Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and optimize strategies for improved results.
Maintain social content calendars and produce organic content across various platforms.
Actively research industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Paid Social, Organic Social, Paid Search, and Analytics.
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Experience in Programmatic Display is advantageous.
Proficiency in campaign and channel analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Certifications such as Google Ads Certification and Facebook certification are preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus.
