Job purpose
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist with 5+ years of experience to lead our digital efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
As the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance analysis of all digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand messaging.
This role would be 5 days on-site at our Scottsdale Corporate office.
Duties and responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- SEO & SEM: Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Paid Advertising: Oversee paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising, ensuring ROI targets are met.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
- Social Media Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies to grow engagement and audience reach.
- Technology & Tools: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, recommending and implementing solutions to improve effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and product teams, to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot (or other CRM platforms), and marketing automation software.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar certifications are a plus.
