ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support marketing teams with digital content creation
- Support marketing teams with campaign and launch activation across digital channels
- Digital channel testing and new channel expansion strategy and deployment, website optimization and updates
- Digital reporting, monitor website and digital channel performance, analyze trends
- Manage core B2B and B2C digital marketing channels and activities including website development/content management, paid media, social platforms, email, automation, and 3rd party partnership sites.
- Develop and execute strategies for conversion-focused digital marketing tactics across channels and target audiences.
- Manage digital brand channel execution including email, social, paid media (agency), website and any new channels
- Turn concept into an integrated digital marketing campaigns that meet business goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present integrated digital marketing plans to executives clearly defining the user journey, targeting and KPIs.
- Support strategic digital marketing planning to drive growth for on-going marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Provide thought leadership and digital best practices to the overall marketing team around campaign communications, audience targeting through digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Provide analytic reporting from digital channels with insights and recommendations to key internal stakeholders.
- Competitive research for expansion of digital channels and optimization resulting increased conversion.
- Work with internal teams and brand to support marketing initiatives.
- Participates in the sharing of campaign learning for best practice definition throughout the greater WS Audiology US marketing and global marketing community.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience designing and executing digital campaigns across various digital channels like web, email, social media, SEO
- Experience with paid media execution and website campaigns
- Experience with Salesforce, Hootsuite, project management tools
- Digital content writing experience
