About the Job
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist is responsible for driving our company's online presence, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through social media, SEO, and digital content strategies. This role tells the story of our craftsmanship in transforming natural stone blocks into finished pieces, using SEO-driven content and engaging digital campaigns. Collaborating closely with project managers, the fabrication team, and senior executives, this position oversees digital content creation, tracks performance analytics, and expands our brand's digital reach.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Build and implement data-driven social media and digital content strategies that align with company goals and drive measurable outcomes.
- Conduct research to understand trending topics, audience demographics, and competitor strategies, using insights to inform content and SEO tactics.
- Work with the team to identify new digital opportunities for promoting our products and services.
Social Media Management and Content Development
- Create and maintain a robust social media calendar, publishing engaging content, visuals, and videos that highlight our unique fabrication process and artistry.
- Maintain an active, consistent presence on all relevant social platforms, increasing follower engagement and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics; adjust campaigns to optimize engagement and reach.
SEO and Website Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate on website structure, content, and user experience, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand messaging.
- Work with design teams to produce SEO-friendly web content, landing pages, and blog posts that strengthen our brand's online presence.
Client Engagement and Digital Content Creation
- Design digital brochures, client information packs, sample boards, and other media assets to enhance client engagement.
- Engage with prospective and current clients on social media, responding to comments and messages to foster positive relationships.
- Represent the company in online events, digital forums, and virtual client engagements, showcasing our craftsmanship and expertise.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, SEO metrics, social engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to assess campaign success, identifying improvement opportunities and adapting strategies based on data.
Community and Employee Engagement
- Organize virtual events, webinars, and social media initiatives to boost brand engagement and build a positive company image.
- Support employee advocacy programs that increase company visibility on social media through employee participation.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage content photography, ensuring high-quality visuals for digital platforms.
- Oversee copywriting and content creation for digital ads, social posts, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate with fabrication and project management teams to capture and promote the unique aspects of our products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO, with a strong focus on storytelling and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental work.
