About the Job
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager the Digital Marketing Specialist will help shape and own the implementation of PROS B2B social media strategy and support stakeholder online efforts to increase brand awareness and maximize conversion.

A Day in the Life of the Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Develop and execute paid ads strategies. Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for airlines
- Utilize our internal PROS Offer Marketing tools to build campaigns, manage promotions and launch dynamic prices (airBLDr, airPromo, AirWire)
- Align paid ads strategies with Airline’s broader marketing goals (Understand the client goals and strategize to meet goals and stay within budget)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage and allocate the paid ads budget (Track spending and adjust budgets based on performance)
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate ad performance, bid strategies, or any new feature
- Implement optimization data-driven techniques to reach desired ROI goals
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients on a regular basis
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices (Google/Microsoft Ads betas, Google trends)
Required Qualifications - About you:
We are looking for candidates who possess the combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:
- Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising
- Proficiency in using paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Clear understanding of Google’s smart bidding strategies. (target ROAS, target CPA, Maximize conversions, etc)
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (Able to interpret data and provide insights and make data-driven optimization decisions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Looker Studio)
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms
- Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels
- Ownership and accountability, with the passion to pursue continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
