Position Summary:
We are searching for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading cybersecurity and fraud prevention company. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead demand generation and integrated digital ad campaigns to elevate brand awareness and drive lead generation in alignment with corporate objectives. Collaborating closely with internal and external teams, you will orchestrate the planning, strategy, execution, and optimization of digital initiatives across various online channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of existing and prospective user behaviors to drive lead conversion.
Take ownership of all paid digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness while enhancing lead volume and quality.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities within advertising accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn ads) to enhance campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
Generate insightful reports that translate engagement and performance data into actionable strategies.
Monitor campaign performance metrics meticulously across channels, personas, and content categories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary assets and creatives for campaigns.
Drive operational excellence in campaign execution and reporting, offering feedback and driving optimization efforts.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, or demand generation, with a preference for cybersecurity or fraud prevention experience.
Proven track record in leading campaign execution across multiple channels and managing ad configuration.
Proficiency in audience segmentation, dynamic content, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and testing tools.
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, marketing automation systems, and digital marketing tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
