Your Role:
As a Marketing Manager / Merchandiser on our Digital team, you'll play a vital role in developing content-focused strategies to raise awareness of various consumer-centric Verizon products and services. Additionally, you'll collaborate on crafting product-specific landing page content aimed at educating and inspiring users towards making a purchase. This position entails strategic planning in partnership with Business, Marketing, and Creative teams, as well as tactical coordination with content development groups to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital merchandising plans for key product launches, promotions, and campaign support.
Define functional requirements and coordinate with design, development, and support teams for timely implementation.
Utilize diverse data sources to evaluate landing page and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Work with testing and optimization teams to leverage insights for sales and marketing content.
Contribute to broader merchandising best practices and strategic initiatives.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve productivity and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum four years of relevant work experience.
Experience in digital merchandising of physical or subscription products.
Proficiency in digital marketing, creative, and content development fundamentals.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and complex projects within a team environment.
Willingness to occasionally support key initiatives outside regular hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with digital UI/UX best practices.
Knowledge of common digital SDLC processes.
Experience with audience-specific merchandising or personalization.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications.
Fundamental knowledge of digital technology and systems.
Location:
This is a remote role with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.
Hours:
40 hours per week
