Major/Essential Functions

- Follow TTUS and TTUHSC, Operating, IT and Safety Policies, completing all training as required.
- Responsible for the ongoing conceptualization, development, testing and optimization of online journeys, with emphasis on driving prospective student inquiries and brand equity.
- Manage digital marketing coordinators to build and optimize online journeys, manage schools’ webpage content and maintain brand guidelines in digital environments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy and Assistant Director of Digital Engagement to define and shape online experiences and engagement in conjunction with marketing and campaign goals.
- Proactively coordinate and manage TTUHSC website content that elevates schools and supports lead-generation strategies across the TTUHSC enterprise.
- Educate team members on TTUHSC’s digital marketing strategy and overall industry best practices, providing design and content consultation for web editors to ensure a cohesive online experience.
- Collaborate with digital team members and contracted partners to gather page analytics, utilize campaign insights and develop actionable insights for ongoing improvement, enhanced user experience and lead generation.
- Provide project updates and performance reports on a consistent schedule to key stakeholders including school deans and associate dean(s), department leaders(s) and marketing and digital team leadership.
- Monitor the progress of each project and make adjustments, follow up and problem solve to keep projects on track and moving forward.
- Develop collaborative, positive and effective working relationships across the university.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using/knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development
- Experience with tracking and analyzing digital performance metrics and defining KPIs
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., SiteImprove, Google Marketing Platform - Analytics and Tag Manager)
- Understanding of integrated digital marketing strategies, including paid display, social, retargeting, SEO, email marketing and conversion strategies
