Athlete to Athlete is a fast-growing, venture-backed start-up based in Los Angeles that offers Athletic Mentorship and Coaching Programs for youth athletes. In our programs, student-athletes are paired with a current Division 1 College-Athlete Mentor who plays their sport and can help build their confidence, taking their game to the next level. Our mission is to build the next generation of driven, confident, and resilient student-athletes through mentorship.
About the Role
In this role, you will own the optimization of our digital marketing strategies across social media, search, direct buy campaigns, web, and more. Daily tasks will focus on enhancing client engagement and brand awareness by crafting compelling ad campaigns, analyzing data to refine targeting, and ensuring smooth integration across various digital platforms.
You will work closely with management, sales, and operations teams to most effectively coordinate efforts across the company. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize the digital customer journey across channels captivating prospects and reengaging loyal customers alike.
- Ensuring each campaign has the optimal content and messaging to drive conversion and growth.
- Implement a web optimization strategy to bring digital assets to peak performance and align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Leverage our tech stack and paid digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Meta, Google) to formulate robust Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to convert prospective customers, expand current customers, and accelerate qualified leads.
- Support content creation across various marketing channels including web, social, email, and more.
- Employ unique strategies to optimize brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, content management, or demand generation related position
- Intrinsically detail-oriented and organized – you’ll be working with lots of data and systems that are key to our success
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube, etc.
- Clear understanding and knowledge of how to instrument ad tracking and ad operations.

- Proficiency with Excel/ Google Sheets

- $90,000 - $100,000 base salary plus equity
