Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025! This position will work with marketing and business teams to execute digital initiatives to drive digital lead demand generation. Assist with initiatives such as digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, SEO, social media, language translations, and digital reporting/analytics.

This full-time, paid internship is located on-site in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working with a manager and mentor to complete a project from start to finish during the summer. Plus, with flexible start and end dates, you can tailor the experience to your schedule.
Throughout the program, you'll have opportunities to attend networking events, both within MTS and across ITW’s divisions in Minnesota. You’ll also enjoy personal and professional development sessions, plus fun activities like baseball games, happy hours, and summer sports leagues.
At the end of the summer, you'll present your project to MTS business leaders, showcasing your contributions and impact. If you're ready for a summer filled with learning, growth, and excitement, the MTS Systems Internship Program is for you!
- Rising college junior or senior pursing a B.S. in Marketing or other relevant field
- 3.0 GPA or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Must be able to work onsite at our Eden Prairie, MN location.
- Previous relevant internship experience preferred.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20-24 based on degree and experience.
