Overview:The Digital Marketing Director will lead the digital marketing,eCommerce, and digital marketplace strategies for pH-D Feminine Health andCON-CRET, reporting directly to the CMO. This role is critical in drivinggrowth across all digital channels, including Amazon and other digitalmarketplaces, while ensuring seamless collaboration across the team. The idealcandidate will have a strong track record in digital marketing, eCommerce, andmarketplace management, with the ability to lead a high-performing team anddeliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a cohesivedigital marketing, eCommerce, and digital marketplace strategy to achieve brandand revenue goals.
- Oversee performance across paidmedia, SEO, organic social, email marketing, Amazon, and other digitalmarketplaces.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the digitalmarketing team, including the Digital Marketing Manager, Digital MarketingSpecialists (SEO, Google/AMZ), Social Media Manager (Paid/Organic), and SocialMedia Analyst.
- Partner with the Art Director andcreative team to ensure assets align with digital strategies and marketplaceneeds.
eCommerce & MarketplaceOperations:
- Manage and optimize the brand’seCommerce platform, ensuring an exceptional user experience, high conversionrates, and sustained sales growth.
- Oversee Amazon and other digitalmarketplace operations, including product listings, advertising, pricingstrategies, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure product availability, accurate content, and strong marketplaceexecution.
Performance & Analytics:
- Define and track KPIs acrossdigital marketing, eCommerce, and marketplace channels, providing regularperformance updates to the CMO and leadership team.
- Use analytics tools to identifyopportunities for growth, improve ROI, and guide decision-making across allchannels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Brand Managers toalign digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategy and campaigns.
- Partner with the Social MediaManager to create engaging, performance-driven content for digital platformsand marketplaces.
- Collaborate with operations andproduct teams to ensure seamless execution across eCommerce and marketplaces.
Innovation & Growth:
- Stay ahead of industry trends andinnovations in digital marketing, eCommerce, and digital marketplaces tomaintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across all digitaland marketplace channels, leveraging data and insights to drive strategy.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, andmarketplace management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success managing Amazon andother digital marketplaces, with a focus on advertising, optimization, anddriving sales.
- Strong expertise in paid media,SEO, analytics, and eCommerce platforms.
- Exceptional leadership andcommunication skills, with a track record of building and managinghigh-performing teams.
- Passion for empowering women and working in the health/wellnessindustry is a plus.
