Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Director at SEBPO in Marlton, NJ. The Digital Marketing Director will develop digital strategies, oversee website initiatives, manage social media activities, generate leads through online campaigns, and analyze web analytics daily. Responsibilities include:
- Complete ownership and management of SEBPO’s digital footprint, website, advertising, analytics, social media, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze digital ads and social media campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion rates
- Evaluation and management of web and digital marketing tech stack
- Oversee agencies and vendors in the creation of digital materials
- Manage website and hosting vendors to ensure the speed, quality, and security of the SEBPO website
- Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Website updates with refreshed content to improve bounce rate and conversion
- Create and manage high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
- Lead the design and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
- Segment email lists and tailor content to different audience segments
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance ad targeting.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing
- 5+ years experience in BPO - business process outsourcing
- Experience managing agencies or vendors
- Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, GoDaddy, MailChimp, Google Analytics
- Data, Web Analytics, Reporting Analysis, Statistics, SEO, SEM,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and leadership skills; Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, IT, or other related field
