Citadel Outlets is the number 1 outlets center in the LA County. Citadel Outlets is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator position to serve as an integral part of the management team by supporting the digital marketing efforts of Citadel Outlets in the areas outlined below, as well as in other areas of management where assistance is needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and schedules social media and digital content for Citadel Outlets and monthly social media contribution to the Los Angeles California Welcome Center.
- Content creation includes but not limited to: Social Media Channels, Citadel Outlets' websites, Blog Posts, e-blasts, Third-party websites, China office collaborations, etc.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of social media and digital marketing campaigns and content creation to engage audiences and grow social and digital
- Responsible for content creation of the Center's CitaDEALS promotion for LED boards and Social Media.
- Monitor and engages on Center social media accounts, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Yelp, Google and TripAdvisor.
- In conjunction with the Regional Digital Marketing Manager, coordinate influencer programs and social media campaigns and liaise with stores for coordination.
- Engage and develop relations with influencers
- Produce engaging content including but not limited to photo capture, video editing and graphic design.
- Responsible for drafting responses to customer reviews and coordinating Call-to-Action campaigns, including but not limited to Yelp, Google and TripAdvisor.
- Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of social media analytics. Assist, when needed.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, preferably in marketing.
- 1 year experience in social media, influencer marketing, & content creation.
- 1 year in digital marketing.
