A day in the life... + Develop and manage programmatic media strategies to achieve performance goals, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. + Execute and optimize campaigns across top platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, and others. + Analyze and interpret Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) data to inform decision-making and improve campaign outcomes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and merchandising, to align campaign strategies with Nordstrom's broader marketing objectives. + Oversee multi-million-dollar media budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, pacing, and ROI tracking. + Provide mentorship to team members and foster professional growth within the programmatic media team. + Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain Nordstrom's competitive edge. You own this if you have... + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 6+ years of experience in programmatic media management, with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar tools. + Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar campaigns and achieving measurable business outcomes. + Strong analytical skills, with experience in MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) or MTA (Multi-Touch Attribution) analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness. + Prior experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a significant plus. + Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Effective communication skills to articulate complex strategies and performance insights to stakeholders at all levels. + Proficiency in advanced reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is preferred. + Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) platforms and audience segmentation strategies is preferred. + Experience in mentoring and managing a team of media professionals is preferred. #LI-Hybrid We've got you covered... Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Washington: $80,000-$155,000 annually This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
