Haley Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you'll work directly with our clients to implement blogging, SEO, email, and social media marketing campaigns. You might also get to do some PPC account management and programmatic recruiting marketing campaign management.
You will help clients craft content marketing strategies, work with a team of writers and designers to create original content, ensure it is search engine optimized, and develop social media strategies to generate engagement and drive traffic for our clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage social media, SEO, blog writing, and email marketing campaigns for 20 to 30 clients.
- Develop monthly content plans for blogs and social posts.
- Ensure on-time delivery for all project deliverables.
- Coordinate with writers and designers to create world-class content.
- Develop monthly reports that clearly illustrate the results we are delivering.
- Consult with clients to help them maximize the value of their marketing investments and ensure their goals are being met.
- Earn four- or five-star reviews from your clients.

- EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of work in a marketing department or agency with a strong focus on content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- INTELLIGENCE: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- CARING: Track record of building strong client relationships.
- COMMUNICATION: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas and strategies.
- TECH SKILLS: Highly competent with Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and SEO tools.

Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification).
