Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, furnishing regular reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Facilitate the timely renewal of contracts, negotiating terms beneficial for both parties.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, offering informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in client services, account management, or analogous roles within the digital marketing sphere.
Proficient grasp of digital marketing strategies and multi-channel approaches.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging stakeholders across all levels.
Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Capacity to juggle multiple projects and accounts simultaneously while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving aptitude coupled with strategic thinking abilities.
