Digital HR Systems Leader, Talent/Career Management
The Digital HR Systems Leader manages global, cloud-based platforms for client’s digital human resources information systems (HRIS).

Primary accountabilities:
Ensures the ongoing platform strategy and release management of digital HR platforms.
Innovates, designs, and implements enhanced system requirements.
Leads global projects in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Champions change management and training of HRIS stakeholders.

THE MUST HAVES
Bachelor’s degree with track record of career progression and increased scope of responsibility.
Experience leading change in growing, multinational companies (manufacturing industry preferred).
Strong business process expertise, at least 8-12 years (HR, IT, or other functional COE preferred).
Global project leadership experience, at least 8-12 years (technology implementations preferred).
Experience with cloud-based technologies and using external partners for work delivery.
