Our three Resource Centers (located in Nashville, TN; Boulder, CO; and San Diego, CA) are available for scheduled in-person events or assigned workspaces for those who want to work in the office. Your Role As a HealthStreamer

Position Summary

HealthStream is seeking a Digital Events Manager to join our Demand Marketing team. This important role will be responsible for the operations and execution of HealthStream's webinars, webcasts, and other digital events to engage healthcare executives, managers, and professionals.

The Digital Events Manager will support HealthStream's internal team of product marketers in executing online events as part of their overall marketing goals. Key activities include working with channel, creative, and content marketing colleagues to produce events featuring internal and external subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting digital events, including building marketing components, audience development, audience engagement, and event management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HeathStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

• Manage, organize, and configure multiple digital events at different stages of completion and due dates.
• Build marketing assets related to each webinar, including invitations, audience lists, automations and other pre-event elements
• Serve as the producer for digital events and technical liaison with vendor, building all event elements in our ON24 Webinar platform
• Facilitate and track asset approval process with various stakeholders
• Schedule digital event run-throughs with stakeholders
• Provide training to presenters and client attendees and assist with pre-event planning calls and walk-throughs
• Ensure all digital event materials and content is aligned with brand standards
• Track multiple tasks for digital event production in Wrike, Salesforce and Teams channel
• Create, maintain, and execute webinar schedule
• Share digital event reporting via ON24 engagement metrics
• Depending on event schedule, evening and weekend work occasionally required

Qualifications

What You Will Need to be Successful

Education, Experience and Knowledge Required

• Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Communications or related field a minimum requirement.
  
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B professional services environment; healthcare industry experience a plus
  
• 3+ years previous experience producing digital events, including webinars, webcasts, and teleconferences, experience with ON24 a plus
  
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of digital event production
  
• Competent in marketing and sales automation platforms preferably Pardot and Salesforce
  
• Previous experience working in a complex organization
  
• Experience bringing multiple teams to the table to balance prioritizations
  

Skills and Abilities Required

• Experience analyzing campaigns, data, and reports to inform digital event marketing strategy
  
• Skilled with email best practices, including: subject lines, messaging, creative, and segmentation
  
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with an attention for detail.
  
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong computer skills and understanding of the Web and business processes
  
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve technical problems that arise during digital events
  
• Confidently lead calls, strategy sessions, and meetings
  
• Understanding of data and analytics
  
• Empathetic, curious, collaborative, and positive mindset
  
• Emphasis is on results-based marketing, therefore excellent track record is essential.
  
• Efficiently completes tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to manage relationships with a variety of internal/external groups. Some Healthcare and/or agency experience preferred but not required.
