DUTIES
- Design digital logic circuits and digital filters for applications including Mixed Signal Audio converters and amplifiers, Embedded SoC, Power/Energy Management, high precision Industrial/Data Acquisition products; design using Verilog, logic simulation, functional verification, & synthesis of DSP & data conversion ICs in a mixed signal environment. Implement RTL modules; perform integration and integrated functional verification; performing behavioral modeling of analog and mixed signal circuits, vector generation testing, and lab test development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus three years of experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in one of the foregoing fields plus five years of experience.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Microarchitecture & Design of Digital logic and Digital Filters including CIC (Cascaded Integrated Comb), IIR (Impulse Invariant Response) and/or FIR (Finite Impulse Response) Filters
- Knowledge of and proficiency in VLSI Design, Verilog, C or C++, digital signal processing, MATLAB, and algorithm development;
- Knowledge of and proficiency in debugging silicon chip designs;
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Microarchitecture, RTL design for Low Power and High Performance Mixed Signal ASIC Design, and Behavioral Model of Analog Circuits;
- Knowledge of and proficiency in ASIC Verification.
