What We Need:
The Digital Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing our digital processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring that our sales initiatives are effectively supported through technology and data-driven strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for digital transformation.What You'll Do:
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of digital campaign specialists, ensuring they are aligned with sales goals and equipped to excel in their roles.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Digital Strategy Development
Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital operations that support sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform digital strategy.
Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to identify digital tools and resources that improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales performance.
Project Management
Oversee the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Training and Development
Design and implement training programs for the sales team on digital tools and platforms.
Stay current on digital marketing and sales technologies to continuously enhance team skills.
What You'll Need:
• 5+ years of experience in digital operations, sales support, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a digital environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
