About the Job
WNDR is seeking a results-oriented and innovative Digital Campaign Manager to spearhead the execution of our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be crucial in executing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and enhance retention efforts. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and revenue growth goals. This role will execute and implement marketing strategies as directed by the Senior Director of Brand and Engagement to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, organic search (SEO), email marketing, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives, effectively optimizing budget relative to performance of individual campaigns.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), providing insights on continuous improvements based on performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the allocation and management of the digital marketing spend, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and meet established revenue and ROI targets. Exercise discretion over budget adjustments based on performance insights.
- Ensure content is tailored for target audiences across various digital channels.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Brand Communications Manager to execute on-brand messaging and timing.
- Support and collaborate with the Operations, Retail, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that support overall business goals.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Sr. Director of Brand and Engagement and the broader Leadership Team for informed decision-making.
- Focus on driving brand awareness and acquiring new customers through targeted digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and win-back campaigns.
- Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo) for effective lead nurturing and customer retention initiatives.
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns tailored to various customer segments.
- Continuously monitor and assess the latest trends in digital marketing technologies and strategies to implement best practices that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years minimum in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Looker Studio with a basic to intermediate understanding of Braze/Klaviyo, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, and/or AdRoll.
