Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Banking Technology Specialist for financial services client. The digital banking technical specialist will provide technical support and solutions for digital banking services and platforms offered by financial institutions. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, fulfilling requests, and ensuring optimal performance and functionality of digital banking systems and applications.

Education and Experience
We are looking for a Digital Banking Technology Specialist for financial services client. The digital banking technical specialist will provide technical support and solutions for digital banking services and platforms offered by financial institutions. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, fulfilling requests, and ensuring optimal performance and functionality of digital banking systems and applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and staff on digital banking services and platforms, such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments
- Monitor and maintain digital banking systems and applications, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and up to date
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents related to digital banking services and platforms, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors
- Fulfill requests and inquiries from customers and staff regarding digital banking services and platforms, such as account setup, password reset, transaction verification, and feature activation
- Test and implement new features, enhancements, and upgrades for digital banking services and platforms, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations
- Document and report digital banking technical issues, incidents, requests, and resolutions, following established procedures and standards
- Collaborate with other digital banking specialists, developers, engineers, and analysts to ensure alignment and integration of digital banking services and platforms with other systems and technologies
Education and Experience
- Knowledge of digital banking services and platforms, such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments
- Knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and best practices for digital banking, such as PCI DSS, ISO 20022, and PSD2
- Client DNA – Operations Overview, Shared Application Framework, General Use and Navigation I & II, Generating DNA Reports, Creating an Employee in DNA, Release Management
- Nautilus – Administration, Document Retention & File Cabinets and Folders
- Salesforce – Dashboards; Integrations with DNA and other 3rd Party Applications
- Loan Origination Applications – Integrations, Configurations HTML, Java Script, Release
- Loan Origination Systems – Integrations, Configurations, Release
- Collection Software – Integrations, Configurations, Release
- Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting tools and techniques, such as ticketing systems, remote access, and diagnostic software
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and improve processes
