About the Role: As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for our clients, ensuring their campaigns exceed expectations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaigns while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal creative, media, and analytics teams to manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client objectives are met on time and within scope.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
