DIETITIAN - Phaxis LLC

Creates the nutrition program for the patients, and sees the patients in the home and in the clinic.

Candidates must have Commission on Dietetic Registration – Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and the NYS license Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN).

Location: Ridgewood

Setting: Field and In-person Clinic

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)

Contract Length: Covering a leave starting mid-December until mid-January
