Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to pediatric patients in the Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology Nutrition. This role involves comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and diagnose nutrition-related problems.

Implement targeted nutrition interventions and monitor outcomes.

Provide nutrition education to patients, parents, and hospital staff.

Participate in performance improvement and outcome research activities.

Engage in ongoing education programs for hospital staff, community, and professional organizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentialed from the Committee on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Pennsylvania State Licensure (LDN) to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Advanced degree or specialty certification (e.g., CSP, CNSC, CDE) required within 12 months of hire.
