Position Title: Dietitian
Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States

We are looking for Acute Care Dietitans and will also consider New Grads

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality clinical nutrition services in coordination with a multidisciplinary health team to enhance wellness and address acute or chronic illnesses.
• Conduct detailed nutritional assessments for patients flagged at risk according to established protocols.
• Design and implement personalized medical nutrition therapy plans per healthcare providers’ instructions.
• Offer nutritional education to patients and families, empowering them to make informed health decisions.
• Actively support and contribute to the operations of the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition or a closely related field.
• Successful completion of a Dietetic Internship.
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) certification.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
• Proficient in applying theoretical and practical knowledge related to clinical nutrition.

Skills and Technical Expertise:

• Solid foundational knowledge equivalent to a Master’s degree in the discipline.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement evidence-based practices in medical nutrition therapy.

Experience:

• Professional experience of less than one year in a clinical or healthcare setting.
