Job Details:The Dietetic Assistant is responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the computer card file for each patient, which can include diet order, tube feeding order, allergies, supplements, nourishments and food preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining & entering of daily menu selections into the computer system via the Call Center
- Printing of daily reports as assigned
- Preparation of meal tickets for the tray line.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- AAS Degree meeting the educational standards established by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) preferred.
- Basic computer skills required, knowledge of CBORD (diet order management system) strongly preferred.
- Bilingual preferred
- Foodservice Ambassador/Dietary Aide experience preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition supplements
- Experience working in a call center strongly preferred
Posted Salary Range:CAD $22.00 - USD $27.00 /Hr. :
