Heritage Avonlea of Olathe is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager who has had experience working in an assisted living or nursing home setting. Heritage Avonlea provides three meals a day for an average of 42 residents per meal. Great working enviorment
$1,000 sign-on Bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cooking three days a week.
- Ordering all food based on the monthly budget.
- Inventory of food.
- Hiring and scheduling kitchen staff.
- Overseeing food quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Proper kitchen sanitation.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Manager/ Food Handlers Certification.
- 1-2 years of dietary experience in retiement , assisted living or nursing home settings.
