  Dietary Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

     

  • Develop and manage menus to meet residents’ nutritional needs and preferences.

     

  • Lead and inspire the dietary team, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

     

  • Monitor inventory, budget, and supplies to ensure efficiency.

     

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality.

• Dietary Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in dietary or food service management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

     

  • Knowledge of dietary regulations and guidelines.

     

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
