We are currently looking for a Dietary Cook to join our team at The Heights Post Acute!

Shift: 6am - 2pm days may vary, and weekends are required

Job Description:

Function as the Dietary Cook, and supervise members of the dietary team. Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions, and arranging and garnishing the dishes. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Requirements:

• 2 years supervisor experience in a kitchen setting
• Servesafe certification a plus!
