Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook meals ensuring nutritional requirements are met and in compliance with all sanitary and safety standards.
2. Ensure high-quality meals are delivered in a timely manner.
3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
4. Plan and produce meals based on different dietary requirements.
5. Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure meals align with residents' health and taste preferences.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always on hand.
7. Continuously innovate and enhance meal quality, presentation, and taste.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience as a cook, preferably within a healthcare or institutional setting.
2. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and dietary needs.
3. Strong understanding of sanitation regulations and safety standards.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
