Dietary Cook - Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing

Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking full time Dietary Cooks. The Dietary Cook will complete duties assigned to provide accurate, timely food service to meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner. Lakeside Center is a 122-bed skilled nursing facility that offers short-term rehabilitation, long term care, palliative care, hospice services and outpatient rehabilitation. DIETARY COOK QUALIFICATIONS:

• One year of experience in a dietary position preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Must be competent and conscientious with a customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to pass a Level II Federal Background Screening
