• Schedule: Rotating AM and PM shifts based on departmental needs.
• No set schedule: Flexibility is key, as shifts will vary.

Job Description of Dietary Cook:

• To prepare food for our residents and special events, that tastes good and is served at the proper temperature and in an attractive manner.
• Comply with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulation, with our established policies and procedures.
• Follow direction by the Food Services Director or designee, to assure quality food service is provided at all times.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow infection control requirements.

Requirements for Dietary Cook:

• Must work every other weekend
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
