Kimwell Nursing and Rehabilitation -
Kimwell Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking Cooks. This position includes rotating weekends. Experience with therapeutic diets, sanitation procedures, and preparation of meals is required. Under new management, come and join a great team!
RESPONSIBILITIES of Cook:
- Review Menus prior to preparation of food
- Ensure that all food procedures are followed in accordance with establishment policy
- Assume the authority, responsibility and accountability of cook
- Assist in establishing food service production line to ensure meals are prepared on time
- Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS OF Dietary Cook: All qualified applicants MUST have the following:
-Serve Safe Certification
- Must have professional and excellent customer service.
