Service area is set-up neatly and in compliance with all regulations and recommendations for food safety and storage. Accuracy of patient tray line job duties as per area assigned. Performs daily tasks in compliance with proper training and inservice techniques.Daily operations of the cleaning and sanitation regarding Patient Services.Responsible for daily cleaning functions as per assigned area. Proper use and knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and personal protection equipment. Performs all regulatory compliances on food temperature, refrigerator temperatures, dish machine temperatures, and pot sink sanitizer. Performs daily tasks in compliance with proper training and inservice techniques.Daily operation of the retail operationResponsible for daily cleaning functions as per assigned area. Proper use and knowledge of chemicals, equipment, and personal protection equipment. Prepares and maintains retail stations as per assigned area. Performs daily tasks in compliance with proper training and inservice techniques. Performs all regulatory compliances on food temperature, refrigerator temperatures, and dish machine temperatures.
